Rewind — Reverse Your Videos

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Rewind ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Tapansinh Solanki ("Independent Product Engineer", "I", "me"). Your use of the App signifies your acceptance of these Terms.
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on an iPhone you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
You may not:
Rewind allows you to reverse videos selected from your iPhone's Photos library. All video processing occurs entirely on your device. The reversed video is saved to your Photos library at your request.
The App may enforce a maximum video duration limit (currently 60 seconds) which may be adjusted remotely by the Developer. Processing times vary depending on your device model and video length.
You retain full ownership of all videos you process using the App. The Developer does not access, store, or transmit your video content.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
The App may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ad display is subject to your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent choice made at first launch. The Developer is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The Developer does not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF VIDEOS, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
The Developer's total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which, for a free app, is zero).
The App uses Firebase Remote Config to adjust settings remotely, including but not limited to maximum video duration, ad display, and maintenance mode. These settings may change at any time without prior notice.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including its design, code, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by the Developer. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use the Developer's name, logo, or other brand elements.
The Developer may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. Apple may remove the App from the App Store at its discretion. These Terms remain in effect until terminated.
Your license to use the App terminates automatically if you violate any provision of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
The Developer may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
